When staying with us, you'll enjoy 550 square feet of modern studio living with stunning floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Plus, you're steps away from an abundance of entertainment and amenities. Here's what you can expect:

LOCATION The MGM Signature Towers are conveniently located just minutes from the airport—you can spot the Towers and MGM Grand as you land. Taxis and Ubers are readily available upon arrival.

RESORT ACCESS
We don’t charge resort fees! During your stay, you’ll have access to MGM Signature and MGM Grand amenities, including multiple pools, jacuzzis, a lazy river, fitness centers, and fire pits. Please note, pool and jacuzzi access is seasonal, as detailed in this listing.

BEDS
Our studio is perfect for 1-6 guests, featuring a comfortable king bed, a double sofa bed and two single beds (please note that it's a studio and it might be a little tight for 5-6 guests)

KITCHENETTE
The large kitchenette is perfect for making coffee and reheating food. While plates, cutlery, mugs, and glasses for four are provided, pots and pans for stovetop cooking are not available.

DINING & WORKSPACE
There’s a dining table with two chairs, perfect for dining or working.

STORAGE
The spacious closet provides hanging, shelf, and drawer space, along with a safe, iron, and ironing board. Additional drawers are found at the bench and bedside cabinets.

SEATING
Relax on the double sofa, which faces a large, wall-mounted TV with standard cable.

BATHROOM
Enjoy a spacious bathroom with a double vanity, separate toilet, large shower, and a jetted tub. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a hairdryer are provided. Please note, there are no privacy locks on the bathroom or toilet.

ENTERTAINMENT
As part of the MGM complex, you’ll be close to the Strip’s largest casino and Top Golf, as well as Wet Republic, a pool club where top DJs perform during the summer.

DINING
The MGM Signature and MGM Grand offer a variety of dining options, from casual coffee shops to fine dining, ensuring something for everyone.

SPA & SALON
For some relaxation, visit the Grand Spa within the MGM Grand.

EXPLORING THE STRIP
The MGM Grand offers easy access to the Las Vegas Monorail, and the free tram is available at nearby Park MGM. You’re also within walking distance of the T-Mobile Arena.

BUSINESS CENTRE
If you’re here for work, the business center offers workstations, internet access, Microsoft Office, and printing services.

PARKING
One valet parking space is included (motorcycles and oversized vehicles excluded). Additional paid parking is nearby.

You’ll have complete access to our private studio, as well as the amenities available across all three MGM Signature Towers and the MGM Grand during your stay. Please note that the laundry room is only available for guests staying 7 nights or more.

Other things to note

DAMAGE DEPOSITS AND HOTEL ROOM CHARGES
When you check-in at the Signature Towers, you will need to have a temporary authorisation on your credit card of US$100 per night deposit (up to a maximum of US$300). This will be fully refunded by the hotel within 8-14 days if there is no damage.

BEDROOM LAYOUT
Please note, as you would expect, when all beds are in the open position, there's little room to walk around. Additionally, upon your arrival, you may notice that furniture has been added or moved into different positions when compared to the listing photos.

AMENITIES
Amenities availability (or reductions) are governed by; the weather, Government, health, building, safety, occupancy and fire codes, statutes, rules, orders, bylaws, and laws.

ALLERGIES
If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking. Finally, it’s important that we let you know that the Signature Towers use air scents throughout the complex (like most hotel chains).

RESERVATION INFORMATION
Please note, MGM Signature Towers staff won’t be able to see your reservation in their system until the day of your arrival.

House Rules

- You must be at least 18 years old to book, and must have at least 1 member of your group who is 21 years old. Additionally, you agree to the following.
The 21+ year old member must arrive for check-in first. They must provide their first and last name as it appears on their government issued photo ID before the 4pm check-in time. MGM has the right to approve or deny the ID issued.
- Another rule you agree to is that you cannot change the first or last name of the 21+ year old guest within 24 hours of your expected 4pm check-in or at check-in: both of these scenarios are considered a booking violation, and your booking will be cancelled without refund.
- The bank card used to open your house damage protection account with MGM must also belong to the same 21+ year old person.
- The first and last name of the 21+ years old guest who checks in first, as it appears on their government-issued photo identification, must be communicated and agreed to before the earliest official check-in time marked on the public listing description. Trying to change the guest name/person to check in first within 24 hours before this listing’s publicly published default check-in time or at/after arriving at the complex are violations.
- MGM Signature Towers has a strict no smoking, vaping, and drugs policy. This policy states that none of these activities are allowed inside the building, studios, or balconies. Any guests found to be smoking, vaping, or doing any kind of drugs will be charged a hefty (uncapped) fine.
- The studio you are staying in, including all the inventory, is privately owned and managed. So, please do not take any of the inventory from the suite: this includes but not limited to the, towels, linens, glasses, and dishes. Any missing, broken, or ruined items will be accounted and you agree to pay for them.
- No pets are allowed within the building or the grounds.
- No parties in the room.
You agree to observe all hotel rules and local laws during your stay as fines, and /or eviction (without refund for missed nights) may occur for broken rules.
We use 'Know Your Guest' by Superhog: the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. You will be required to upload your ID during the process. Please review the information provided within the listing.
- The MGM also has a strict bio-hazard clean up rules. Clean up of any biological, hazardous, or potentially hazardous materials in any form will result in two additional biohazard/HazMat cleaning fees. These fees are over and above the standard cleaning fee you agreed to at the time of booking.
- This first biohazard fee will be equal to the already agreed cleaning fee (so you will be paying two cleaning feed).
- The second biohazard fee, will be equal to the cost incurred of having to hire a HazMat or bio-hazard contractor to clean-up.
- In the first instance, you agree to report any issues in writing (text or email) to FantasticStay giving them the opportunity to resolve the situation. You can't hold us or them responsible for something that you did not communicate. If you have any questions, comments or concerns during your stay, you agree to text, email, or call FantasticStay immediately. For your comfort and security, they are available 24 hours/day.
- We kindly ask that you do not move the furniture during your stay. Please note that moving furniture incurs a penalty of $500. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
- You are agree to fully read, understand, and agree to all listing details and messages sent to you. If you can not read English well, you are required to get it translated. If at any point it appears that you did not read, understand the information provided, or you have an inaccurate expectation of the services provided, the host or management company reserves the right to cancel without consequence.
